Mr. Robertson not only represented the Beau Rivage & Casino Owner in construction litigation involving structural damages following Hurricane Katrina, he also set up a makeshift camp complete with rented motor homes, satellite phones, and generators to conduct onsite support and investigations.



Bellagio Construction Litigation

Mr. Robertson represented the 26 floor Bellagio Hotel & Casino Owner in a construction defect lawsuit against the general contractor and subcontractors for leaking shower pans. The scope of the Robertson plan was large scale and involved his team of experts to destructively test 2,600 guest rooms for mold. An impressive 109 guest room showers, per floor, on a seven day, 24-hour cycle, were tested and rebuilt floor-by-floor.



Mr. Robertson represented the Trump Palace Owner against a national drywall manufacturer in a $6,300,000 products liability case.



Hotel Erwin Construction Litigation

Mr. Robertson recovered $5,500,000 for the Owner of the 120 room Hotel Erwin in a construction defect case, involving structural, plumbing, and waterproofing issues.
